Changes

Today, you have been asked not to dig gardens or to take on physical work, but instead, to prepare yourselves, both with individual study, and in personal relationship with the Father. And while this process has been ongoing for some time from your perspective, it is yet to rise to the level of the commitment given by those building the garden, for instance. And yet, in todays society where people are conditioned to expect immediate gratification from their efforts, and to see immediate results from their exercise, it can also be disillusion(ing) at times, when such results are not immediately ascertainable. And yet I say to you all, we have not asked to disrupt your lives, except for our continued request that you take ten minutes a day to [[commune]] with the Father. In fact we have asked each of you to continue in your life path, except with one modification, your own personal perspective. We've asked you to change that perspective, and of course by doing so, to change your entire life, not outwardly, but inwardly. So on one hand, you have not changed, but on the other hand we have asked you to change very much, and to become conduits for the Father's love, vehicles for the message we attempt to impart, and be forward ranks of the next wave of workers to help and assist in changing the attitude of a planet so in need and so bereft of the kind of love that normal planets feel daily. Yes, we've asked a lot of you, and yet it is hard at times to see the results, especially on a day to day basis. But this week I would ask that each of you stop, and reflect a bit on where you were three and a half years ago, and where you are today, and the events that have occurred to you within that time period, or that you have witnessed that do indicate that something is happening, if they show, that you have made a difference to those you've encountered, and how you deal with people. I think each of you will find without exception, that you have all changed, that you have all touched those that you have chanced to meet, and that yes, you have all made a difference.

We applaud your discussions and your problem solving between you; another sign of your advancement. Certainly we never speak poorly of reading the [[Urantia Book]] and would encourage you to do so. And of course each of you, even as we sit today, is well equipped to go forth, even if you were to receive no further [[celestial]] communication. And we encourage each of you to take that step, that faith step that is necessary to extend your spirit influence to those who are marginally in your world today. Touch them. Let them feel what you feel. It's not easy in a material world, a rebellion torn material world to feel the love of the Father at times, but you can do it for Him. You can be there for Him and we ask that each of you do so. So when you doubt, stop, and take a deep breath and reflect for a time, and I think you'll find that indeed, you are doing something here. And we would like you to continue. We would like you to continue to step forth in faith and follow the highest path, the path with the most love in it.
