Introduction

When these documents were first envisioned near the end of June of 2011, they were thought to be a way to write about changes I had experienced in the last 20 years with the Urantia Book, the Teaching Mission and the coming Magisterial Mission. They were to be written from a personal view of these changes and probably what some of them meant for the future.

It became apparent after writing the first one, the one called Document-A-, that something rather extraordinary was happening. My outline had events down to discuss and expand upon, but when I attempted to write from my own view about them, I suddenly felt a spiritual connection not entertained before. This connection, as I was shortly to learn, was something called reflectivity.

Reflectivity is a universe communication circuit not unlike our telephone lines that run from city to city. In this case, the universe connects from planet to planet and from one universe to another without running into any barriers of time or space to delay it. It is communicating from point A to point B faster than the speed of light - instantaneously - from great distances beyond our idea of even deep space. It conveys voice, pictures, touch, and other senses not used by we humans, and it was to this circuit I found myself suddenly using when I began putting words to paper for the ABC Summaries.

What was to be a local review has blossomed into an epochal disclosure of what changes are to be made to our planet, to our local system of planets to which Urantia, our earth, belongs, and even to changes to our Constellation. The fifth epochal revelation was published in text form as the Urantia Book which describes the various official status spheres and their rulers to which our planet is directed. The ABC Summaries are an unofficial look at those areas of disclosures now up for change.

When reading the ABC Summaries, and perhaps being familiar with the Urantia Book, the reader will be struck how extensive the make over will be everywhere. What was taken to be almost changeless administrative sectors and personnel are going to be swept aside. New communication techniques will be put into place, economic and cultural events of unprecedented nature will be made to occur, to sweep this part of the universe of the taint of a disastrous rebellion occurring 200,000 years ago, and only recently has it been settled.

Those of you who have received Summaries A, B, and C (Summary -D- has been published but will be included in another compilation later), each were sent under separate cover. Placing them together in this document will allow me to remove a few spelling errors, and to consolidate the verbiage enough to reduce length from the original issues.

Before I go, I wish to acknowledge the resources and help I have received from the universe and from my friends who can also use reflectivity.

First to Monsanloran Melchizedek, who is stationed in the Central American region of the northern hemisphere and has operations and control programs for South America, Central America, and the western United States. His work is to cleanse the communication circuits established all around the globe starting in Central America where they are particularly corrupted by the practice of “obeah”, the Mayan name for black magic and child sacrifice. Monsanloran has provided the information in portions of these documents.

To Mantutia Melchizedek, the Melchizedek in charge of the Edentia Melchizedek University, who has also graciously provided input into this document reviewed and approved for release today. To Malvantra Melchizedek for his work and support with these communication circuits.

We also acknowledge the Father Melchizedek who has also approved the general content of this release. He has reminded all of us that these document contain plans not yet put into effect and are future usages of personnel not yet assigned. It was deemed so important that the general idea of what reorganization is to take place very soon, that we (the Father Melchizedek) rather err in too much than not enough information.

On the human side, I am indebted to the help of two reflectivators who helped to clarify for me names and origins of information contained herein. I only mention these reflectivators by their function rather than their personal names in order to help them maintain anonymity at this time at the request of the Melchizedek receivers.

Thank you to all celestials and spiritual supervisors whose network of communication circuits and permissions by our Supervisors has allowed these Papers to come forth. Myself and on behalf of our readers alike, we thank spirit for your support, help, and contributions to these papers. Document A

One of the most surprising new changes we see today is that we now have several Master Spirits adding their voices to the training of individuals all over the world to receive through reflectivity. This is new since February of 2011. There are two reasons this new circuit was fully installed on Urantia at the end of May, 2011:

1) The Master Spirits have chosen NOT to transmit using the local universe circuits of Nebadon to instruct those critical transmitters trained on earth to pass Paradise and Havona instructions to Urantia. The Father Melchizedek spoke for the first time to Urantia since over 200,000 years ago this past May (2011) to test the reflectivity circuit with one transmitter in particular to prepare them for some extraordinary work for the Magisterial Mission to begin.

2) In addition to some very high and powerful entities using reflectivity only, the second important reason to use it is that it affords all who make use of it, a far better and more accurate control of messaging and data transmission all over the universe from great distances, distances far beyond the imagination of man. It is my sense of things that these reflectivators (Reflectivators are human Transmitters who have been trained to use reflectivity) will also be used to pass on identical and simultaneous messages from Paradise and Havona of great import for the safety and spiritual development of all who live on Urantia.

In radio training there is a type of message everyone learns to do as a radio operator. When a radio operator receives an all points bulletin from authorities that must be broadcast to absolutely everyone, he is asked to execute what is called a CQ. A CQ is a shorthand expression to say, send this message out everywhere at the same time over all frequencies. Paradise and Havona, with the cooperation of Christ Michael, and the Power Centers of Nebadon, plus the Archangels located on Urantia and elsewhere, have put into place the machinery (circuits and relays that are both mechanical and living) that will effectively remove all suspicions that the message received was a fluke, or an error, or wrong, since hundreds of Reflectivators will give to millions of people the identical transmission. The plans to do this are finished, and they will be used as soon as Urantia begins to undergo the Magisterial Mission with Monjoronson in the flesh.

It is my considered opinion that Monjoronson is making arrangements, right now, to begin his transition into the morontia form. He must first accommodate the change from the Spirit of Paradise to the Morontia forms of Satania to the flesh of the human species on Urantia. If the reader recalls from the Urantia Book, when Michael went to bestow himself on Urantia, he entered a state that is secretly held, but whatever that is, the personality form of the Paradise Son can no longer be found until that state is completed and a portal established for transmission to another state. These are among the secrets of Sonarington and Monjoronson makes use of what is his to give in the recitation to all of you about what is occurring. June 23, 2011

Document B

In this summary I will attempt to inform all of you what has been received regarding the choices faced by the Universal Father, and the nearly unprecedented use of Paradise power to overcome the legacy of the Lucifer Rebellion on Urantia. If this were truly easy to explain, we could take far fewer words than I am going to use. There are so many threads that have fed into the problems on Urantia, no good understanding may be had if we leave too many out. We are going to talk about the major threads contributing to the urgent problems requiring remediation.

The Issue of Non-Compliance on Urantia

Let us state perhaps the most important consequence of Urantia being unable to shake off the after effects of the Lucifer insurrection, and that is the entry of the Paradise Father to directly deal with the issue of compliance.

Christ Michael for millennia has tussled with the lack of redemption which he was unable to fully implement due to the requirement of the Ancients of Days that he take no action until they finished their findings. Not all that had to be done by the Creator Son could be done, because of the declaration by the Ancients of Days that to change anything on Urantia would cause more problems until all of the evidence could be gathered for presentation of the case to the Supreme Court. This Lucifer rebellion was, in our terminology, a capital case because it potentially could result in death sentences. Therefore, all procedures and evidence of what was done on Urantia and in Satania, by whom, and what were the serious side effects of evil, all had to be shown, documented, and presented; no policy changes on Urantia would be allowed to cover up or rectify the evil. Michael had his hands tied to do all that he could for Urantia until the Ancients of Days adjudicated wrongdoing.

If the reader would consider what this means to bind the hands of justice on Urantia, stop and think what you would do in the divine shoes when, on one hand something must be changed, but on the other hand, to change things too much requires permission of the Ancients of Days who will not hear any such petition while the court is still working on the evidence. Complicated? Very much so, and only after the decision was made to rule that Lucifer was in contempt of the Universe of Nebadon and that he had breached the Paradise admonition “to do no harm”, could Michael move to begin to undo the mayhem created by the rebellion. We received that news in 1992 that the Lucifer adjudication had taken place in 1985. Michael’s first response was to begin opening some circuits to Urantia, and then to use those circuits to begin the program for reclamation on a trial basis we now call the Teaching Mission. �

There remains on Urantia a small contingency of animal legacy and Luciferian debauchery that has prevented Michael from openly declaring Urantia safe and sound for the Magisterial Mission to begin.

Teaching Mission Meant to Prevent Further Non-Compliance

The Teaching Mission is, in one respect, in place to educate mortals on Urantia the supernal truth and facts of life on Urantia and the hoped for redemption of Urantia on high. These teachings fortified mortals to resist the darkness still coursing through the celestial energy system that ran Urantia's mortal and morontia formations of life and ascension.

I bring these circumstances to your attention to help explain the real reason the Magisterial Mission had such a hard time getting off the ground. The Urantia Book explains the causes of the Lucifer Rebellion, but it does not unearth to our view the myriad effects of evil left behind in the wake of a most serious breach in the defenses of preventing sin throughout an entire system of planets we know as Satania. Fortunately, that sin did not take root on any but 37 apostate planets out of a possibility of something over 600 available to corrupt when Lucifer was in charge. Urantia was one of the worst cases of being corrupted of any of them mainly because it was a very young planet with no established routine of world-wide instruction on the heart and soul of Deity's care for their children.

The Lucifer Energy-Grid Legacy on Urantia

Previous to 1999, no one even knew for sure we were to receive a Magisterial Mission within our lifetimes. But after that date and up through 2007, the information was eventually released to determine that such a mission was about to proceed and that an Avonal Son, Monjoronson, had been chosen by Michael to lead the Magisterial declaration of the fifth epochal dispensation open on Urantia. Unknown to any of us on Urantia, and probably unknown to most of the staff of the Magisterial Son, Urantia was being shaken by a disagreement never discussed with students of the Teaching Mission. It has only recently come to light because of its insidious use of Lucifer grid designs that are being used to thwart Michael’s work. These energy networks surround Urantia and are a legacy from Lucifer to change the human genome on Urantia and to energize that genome through the life-sustainment apparatus left in place even after Lucifer was gone.

Serious Disagreements Prevent Magisterial Mission Proceeding

The measure of that disagreement has been withheld from us for good reasons as its nature itself was not fully brought to the higher authorities until recently. Consequently, its presence silently worked against conditions that had to be placed on Urantia for the Magisterial Mission to begin. As we have learned, the problem served to disrupt the timing of the Magisterial Mission in 2008. Nor were there ever any intimations that the problem was so serious as to recall Michael from Salvington to come and reside on Urantia for the better part of 2008 while he, to put it succinctly, knocked some very stubborn heads together to clear the way for Monjoronson to proceed. Meanwhile, Monjoronson accepted assignment elsewhere outside the universe of Nebadon. This was done in order to allow Michael to make those changes so necessary to allow the Magisterial Son free reign in redesigning the infrastructure of the planet and its people.

By the time October of 2009 rolled around, Gabriel of Salvington, the Bright and Morning Star, declared that the universe was establishing on Urantia, the foundation corner stone of the Light and Life morontia temple to be brought down during the reign of the Magisterial Son near the end of his dispensational rule. This was attended by all the major participants in presence on Urantia. Seemingly, this ended the “disagreement problem” alluded to above. Yet, the Paradise Father asked his Creator Son, Michael of Nebadon, to come into conference with Him; that He wished to discuss the Urantia perturbation in person with his Son. These conversations are personal and full of determination to fold out of the whole cloth of Urantia that which was causing mischief to the entire Paradise regime of perfection for a people who would not follow the rules of ascension still confused and utterly out of control on Urantia.

The Paradise Father Enters To Settle Non-Compliance

What were these two talking about? What was the subject of this sentence we as Urantia natives could not define or even hear? It is somewhat ironic that if the reader would follow our discussion on reflectivity and the need to have it installed, he or she would also uncover a long list of participants to install this circuitry, who would tell us what the subject of that sentence was we could not make out before. It seems, believe it or not, that the Lucifer rebellion caused a schism among Urantia believers still resident who still accepted some of Lucifer's philosophy about what to do with our dead and dying.

Look at these existing conditions: The Uversa adjudication of the Lucifer Rebellion did not touch upon what to do with survivors of the rebellion. The primary action of the court determined the punishment and allowed for the rectification of the primary personalities, if they accepted it, by those responsible for the rebellion. However, it did nothing to absolutely cleanse our own planet of those who were still part of the planetary government in its administrative positions who still held to the argument of Lucifer that some Urantia mortals should not immediately proceed to the mansion worlds upon death. It also left in place an energy grid around the planet full of Lucifer's remorseless disowning of the Father as real.

Michael returned to Urantia in 2008 to mediate the situation, and in 2009 enough progress was made that Gabriel could announce through teaching mission transmitters the laying of the corner stone of the coming Temple was completed. But in 2010, the Universal Father called a halt to further progress and closed down any more planning for the Correcting Time until all responsible could reassess with Him what Urantia had to do. It is, for the history books, an example of what our Urantia Book calls Deity fiat. Such an order supersedes all other considerations. The Father asked for a complete review on Paradise of what to do, and after deciding it was the Father’s responsibility to take, he placed new personnel on Urantia and establish new circuitry (such as reflectivity) to begin the wholesale cleansing and reclamation of Urantia. Would take centuries to do has taken only months.

The Universal Father Cuts the Red Tape To Move Urantia Forward Quickly

The Father now asked the Master Spirits who speak for Him and the Eternal Son, and for the Trinity, to obtain an opening to Urantia transmitters to explain to them, and through them, what the new idea was to reclaim Urantia from the Lucifer rebellion. I will put this as briefly as I can since the details are few:

1) Those who Lucifer kept here after death will receive education from mortals now living on Urantia, with the directing aid of the Melchizedeks on Urantia, so that those who remain here are no longer bound by the fear Lucifer created and may stop hiding in their morontia forms on Urantia;

2) While Michael could not decree their removal without a dispensation, waiting for the fifth epochal dispensation to be declared to educate and cleanse these souls still waiting in fear, was not possible because the person who could declare the dispensation (Monjoronson) could not begin his mission without them being removed in entirety in the first place. There is a classic example of a dog (Urantia's problem)chasing its tail - it can never catch up or get out of an endless circle of futility without changing what the dog was motivated by.

Monjoronson explains the difficulty this way: Without removing these souls, it would be nearly impossible to recharge the grids. These energy grids are like nervous-system nodes where the fibers of the nerve come into a central terminal and then send stimuli impulses out to the next nerve, and so on until the whole arm or leg or other body part reacts as it should to stimuli. On Urantia there are thousands if not millions of these nodes called Anchors by some and even other names locally. These nodes have been used with such horror and evil that they contain the actual subliminal messages that hold millions in bondage by the fear they contain from Lucifer. To put it simply, these energy nodes feed and disrupt all the Magisterial Son wishes to accomplish, and they must be removed or rebuilt.

The world-wide grid also supplies the morontia energy for the life forms that remain on Urantia. It sustains their existence, and it is Christ Michael who decreed that they must continue to sustain those life forms until a decision to live again on the mansion worlds is received, or until some final decision can be made to terminate their existence here on Urantia. �

The Numbers Tell the Story About What Lucifer Did to Our Ascension Careers

We learn that the Magisterial Mission was so hampered by the loss of a million souls in World War II who continued to stay on Urantia, that Michael had to reconsider the timing of the Magisterial Mission. Without providing for their ascension, the roll call would have created havoc on the mansion worlds because there were so many unclassified humans who had not gone through the judgement roll calls of dispensation cleansing before the Magisterial Mission.

There are, in addition to these casualties of Word War II, another eleven (11) million souls stranded on Urantia who can not be processed until their cases are heard by Monjoronson. Not all of these eleven million are mortals. Some of this total belong to a conditional grouping who had nothing to do with the Lucifer debacle but got caught in the tragedy. In the conditional groups stranded, we find there are mortal racial groups who have repersonalized on Urantia after their death in the flesh here and some then fused with their Adjuster as morontia beings. These racial groups along with the universe students and visitors , all have conformed to the wishes of the Planetary Government to work for the Michael Correcting Time plans and accept the supervision of the planetary government. However, they must remain here until released and classified to continue their interrupted universe ascension.

It should be asked: What happened that some stayed behind even as a dispensational roll call began upon the ascension of Michael to the sovereignty of his local universe of Nebadon? Why did the roll call not gather all of the awake morontia humans and those sleeping survivors to begin the justice process afforded to all mortals up until that time?

The answer appears to be that not all sleeping survivors were present or represented at the roll call. Some of the Seraphic Guardians of Destiny for individual souls, or for souls under the care of group guardians, did not answer or attend the millennial roll call. Instead, some Guardians refrained from answering because they became adherents to the Lucifer demand that no answer shall be given to the universe government in any official capacity. Lucifer made it clear that to provide cooperation would be construed to be a sign of personal disloyalty to himself and Caligastia. The reader may recall that while Lucifer was removed at Pentecost, Caligastia remained on Urantia at Pentecost to maintain the status quo under the rebellion.

So many angels on Urantia remained loyal to Caligastia, that whole world divisional sectors under the tutelage of the Melchizedeks had no representation at the millennial roll call. We can not say that Gabriel was unaware of the lack of response to the millennial call to end the Lucifer rebellion for humans trapped here. We just do not know what Gabriel knew and reported to Michael. �

However, we have been advised that there can be a way to hide from the all-searching review afforded to mortals in a dispensational roll call. It was from Jerusem (where the adjudication process had been moved to and away from the first mansion world of Satania at the time of the dispensational roll call) if they remain unbidden by their seraphic guardians to make a response to these world-wide calls, or that the angels themselves did not represent their wards at the time of the call. There was no answer or response from or for about eight million souls of the eleven million indicated now trapped on Urantia continuing without active ascension plans.

It will be reported someday that on Urantia the angelic guardians and the helper angelic aides known as cherubim and sanobim, constituted another nearly ten (10) million strong that have to be brought to and go through some remediation process. The midwayers have already paid their debt for errors made in the line of duty and already are returning to Urantia to take their place among the Reserve Corps, and so they are not among the numbers waiting to be adjudged and reclaimed.

All of these numbers representing millions upon millions of souls must be addressed before the Magisterial Mission can even begin to reset the conditions to prevent the human loss of survival acceptance which is now running at the rate of about 80% today of those who leave Urantia for adjudication. All in all, there are about 35,000,000 souls and spiritual groups of individuals awaiting some kind of action from Monjoronson to release them. It is a massive undertaking, and it also requires living contemporary human help to correct it and open the door to spiritual progress for Urantia through Monjoronson. June 24, 2011

Document C

The Melchizedek Role for Dispensational Cleansing

The role of the Melchizedeks in the Cleansing Program with the Magisterial Mission is where we shall start our narrative for the -C- section of these ABC Summaries.

Sometime in 2010, the Paradise Father intervened in the Correcting Time plans for Satania and Urantia, and halted all further planning on Urantia until a more thorough removal of the corrupted-energy grid could be accomplished. The reader should realize that the self-renewable energy in these grids contain the fallacious arguments of Lucifer and bent all those who used them toward behavior no longer acceptable to the universe of Nebadon and, above all, to the Universal � Father. Given the backlog of thirty-five (35) million lives at stake in spirit and the morontia who are stranded on Urantia today, even Nebadon must turn to the Father to help remedy the situation and to receive the priority of dissolution that first must take place before the grids themselves become operable without the Luciferin bias of self-promotion and fear of the devil himself, Caligastia.

It may be that the final tally that allowed the universe to know the approximate numbers still hiding or sleeping on Urantia was afforded through the offices of Master Spirit Number One. It is through Siraya, Master Spirit One, the Voice of the Father, that those Adjusters remaining on Sonarington reported the whereabouts of their one-time wards in the flesh on Urantia. Here is an instructive example of how the Father, through the Adjuster fragments of Himself, have pitched in to obtain the information necessary for the Michael government of Nebadon to accurately determine who and how many on Urantia must be moved or removed in a decision to ascend or discontinue their existence.

Kuwaya, Master Spirit Number Two, the Voice of the Eternal Son, and of jurisdiction of Superuniverse Number Two called Orvando, has promoted a higher standard on Urantia than is possible even on some worlds that have suffered rebellion not of this universe (Nebadon) or even in our superuniverse (Orvonton). Here on Urantia, Kuwaya reminds all, we have the brightest and best sovereign the universe has to offer its creations and Kuwaya has doubled his efforts to make it public as possible, that Christ Michael is to be afforded every opportunity to rectify Urantia with the help of the Master Spirits in total and in single liaison as required.

The Melchizedeks of Nebadon have also redoubled their efforts to be about the business of our Father from their traditional Trinitarian view point. There is no difference between the Father and the Trinity to which the Father belongs as first among equals. Kuwaya has represented to the Father of Nebadon that all of Paradise is at his disposal to remove the taint of sin in that which corrupts all those who may innocently use the energy circuits still operating on Urantia.

Evil and the dark forces from which evil springs lacks the one contribution to man that could make it work for Lucifer, and that is the unavailability of the Father in the operation within the grid and its circuits. On the other hand, human sons and daughters on Urantia are afforded the Father’s Fragment presence in their own mind circuitry which could forever make it impossible for Lucifer’s circuitry to install itself. However, it is clear enough that so many mortals never make use of their choices and the powers of decision enough to prevent contamination of their lives with fruitless pursuits of thought and deed.

The Melchizedek Effort Is Organized from Their Special College on Edentia

From the Urantia Book we learn that, “The Melchizedeks . . . maintain two special colleges on Edentia. One, the emergency school, is devoted to the study of problems growing out of the Satania rebellion. The other, the bestowal school, is dedicated to the mastery of the new problems arising out of the fact that Michael made his final bestowal on one of the worlds of Norlatiadek. This latter college was established almost forty thousand years ago, immediately after the announcement by Michael that Urantia had been selected as the world for his final bestowal.”[Paper 43 Section 6] � There are two important statements of fact therein: It is the first part of the statement we focus upon at this time for it is from Edentia that the Melchizedeks are directing their effort to cleanse the Urantia energy grid which has been so corrupted by the Lucifer rebellion. We have only recently learned that it is Mantutia Melchizedek who is head of the Emergency College to study the Lucifer rebellion on Urantia. The overall direction of Urantia is, of course, vested in Machiventa Melchizedek, our Planetary Prince, and it is with the Prince that Mantutia coordinates to undertake the specialized program to eradicate the compromised communication nodes.

Our planetary government was totally reorganized upon the fall of Caligastia at the adjudication of the Lucifer rebellion in the mid 1980's. It was then that the 12 Melchizedek receivers who took charge of the Urantia government pending the arrival of either Machiventa or Christ Michael as Planetary Prince, took leave of Urantia upon Machiventa receiving his Commission to be the acting Planetary Prince in the early 1990's (Christ Michael named him full Planetary Prince in 1997). It was then that the Melchizedeks, from their special college on Edentia (the capital sphere of Norlatiadek), were asked by Machiventa to oversee those special problems associated with the clean up of the rebellion on Urantia.

In 2011, Malvantra Melchizedek organized on behalf of the Edentia special college project several programs to find human transmitters who would agree to test the proposed reflectivity circuit to be installed on Urantia as quickly as possible. Malvantra coordinated this need with the training of groups to help cleanse communication nodes operating within the Urantia grid. Malvantra works with the Melchizedek divisional leaders around the world to establish a working relationship with humans under local observation to perform the cleaning process and also helps to oversee their training to use the reflectivity process to receive their instructions.

To date, the fledgling program has begun, but it still lacks the human resources to fully implement the reflective communication circuit. The Melchizedeks estimate that there is need of between 100 and 150 new Reflectivators who utilize the reflective service during the emergency situation sure to develop on Urantia as it undergoes physical disruptions in many places around the world. The Melchizedeks are the superintendents of the reflective circuit on Urantia which is administratively and technically maintained by the divisional archangel circuit stationed on Urantia.

The Magisterial Mission is dependent on the clean up of these circuits to operate. The staff of the Magisterial Son has been trained to use Reflectivators and will make it available to all who have need for it. This is a cooperative effort between the Melchizedeks and all the various personnel assigned to work on the staff for the duration of the Magisterial Mission.

The Reappearance of Adam and Eve on Urantia To Aid the Magisterial Mission

Even the Order of those exquisite creations of Michael, the Material Sons and Daughters in Nebadon, who became our own Adam and Eve, fell victim to the plans of Caligastia to utterly destroy any universe attempt to change what he and Lucifer put into place. The irony is that if Caligastia were alive today (which he is no longer), it would be to his profound displeasure to learn that Adam and Eve, the children of God who came to Urantia to establish a Garden of earthly Paradise, are to reclaim their thrones very soon on Urantia.

Thirty-seven thousand years ago when Adam and Eve fell victim to the Caligastia plot to destroy their regime, the Father himself pledged that one day they would be provided a venue through which they may return to Urantia to direct the development of mankind through the churches, the educational systems, and through the governments of the nations states. That day is fast arriving as they will be afforded the most recent opportunity to bring themselves fully into view as Adam and Eve, and who will appear with Monjoronson.

As the plans today are presently understood, Adam and Eve will affiliate with the high office of the Magisterial Mission with Monjoronson and be mobilizing with the Magisterial Son wherever he travels on Urantia. Adam and Eve will not institute a Garden, nor will they create children, but they will see to the blending of the races on Urantia, and for this undertaking, they will be provided a contingency of their pure line children now resident on Edentia to participate with their parents on this sacred duty to cleanse the races of the fallacies of Lucifer.

The establishment of colleges and universities dedicated to the supernal ideals of Edentia will be the work of Monjoronson on behalf of Adam and Eve, and the children of Adam and Eve now residing on Edentia will have a hand in their design and operation.

As for the Melchizedek Schools, they will operate as a branch of the Melchizedek universities situated on Jerusem and will have curricula suited to ascension subjects rather than the studies under Monjoronson which will teach the better use of resources in material economies and national governments, as well as the ethics of high service to nation and God. It is possible to have future graduates of these Urantia schools take degrees from both sets of schools.

Assignment of Mortals to The Magisterial Mission

Monjoronson has already recorded his arrival call. It will be made to all humans living on the planet Urantia. The call will be to all those who have any constitutional connection to their indwelling presence, and that those Adjusters in such individuals have already assigned their wards to fulfilling the mission of Monjoronson to the fullest extent possible in agreement with the potentials and abilities of their human subjects.

Accordingly, Monjoronson will assign all mortals, above the level of the third psychic circle, to his personal command in order to coordinate the cleansing of Urantia and the aforementioned circuits. This coordination will be made through the Reserve Corps of Destiny, and its various additional sub-groupings. Some of these sub-groupings are composed of those mortals who have unusual ability to change Urantia with Monjoronson’s aid into a virtual garden of sustainability for Urantia, for themselves, and for Monjoronson. �

Obtaining Universe Approval for Mortals Who Accept Service with Monjoronson

All humans who have not thwarted these provisional plans by Monjoronson will hear of their nomination upon the arrival of Monjoronson on Urantia soil. The nominees will be presented on high for universe approval. The nominees are to be first presented to Master Spirit Number Two, Kuwaya, the Voice of the Eternal Son; then upon his observation that the nominee’s Thought Adjusters are without fail to proceed to Sonarington and record their approval of a modification of their ward’s ascension to Paradise. Those selected candidates so approved by Paradise, will then be presented for approval to the local universe before the Council of Twenty Four, those high counselors drawn from the mortal ranks after Pentecost to oversee the apostate planets of Satania and assigned to Urantia as Governor Generals. The reader may wish to note that it is before the Council of Twenty-Four that all mortals from Urantia go for the roll call of justice. This ceremony and this action must signal that those mortals approved who have taken origin on Urantia are being brought before the judges before they may act for the Magisterial Son in any official capacity.

In 2011, the Magisterial Mission had revised its plans and joined with the plans of the Melchizedeks of Norlatiadek, to cleanse the electrical and morontia grid circuitry that surrounds Urantia. It is estimated it will take about five Urantia years to fully clean out the vestiges of Lucifers self-perpetuating programs which had so corrupted it in the first place. That effort is underway today beginning in about May of 2011 by the Melchizedek ably assisted by certain mortals who are not yet part of the Magisterial Mission, but will be part of that group already working to be presented to Kuwaya, Sonarington, and the Council of Twenty-Four.

Summary of Document A

It is in Document -A- we find a description of the new communication circuit placed on Urantia at the end of May, 2011 It will be used extensively when Monjoronson appears in the flesh on Urantia. In -A- we said that the reflectivity circuits are to be used to forward messages simultaneously from a great distance as from Paradise and Havona to Urantia and surrounding universes in Orvonton. It is important to realize that the receipt of one message by hundreds of Reflectivators, messages all worded the same, will prevent fraud, establish legitimacy of the message, and provide users a sure way to confirm what is asked of them.

Summary of Document B

• And Additional Explanations - June 24, 25, 2011

It is in -B- that we learned that Urantia has a monumental problem resulting from the unfortunate legacy of the Lucifer rebellion. The rebels prevented those humans who died during the reign of Caligastia to transfer to the mansion worlds to receive an adjudication of their standing and to resume their ascension careers. Lucifer considered it a waste of resources to send mortals to another world when he could train them on Urantia. He forbade mortals to enter into the seraphic sleep and then be taken to the mansion worlds. Instead, he arranged the energy grids on Urantia to support their morontia-soul forms when he repersonalized them on Urantia to work for him. Caligastia fully supported this regime and made all spiritual and morontia resources available to Lucifer to carry out the scheme of re-personalization without ascension.

Document -B- was appended to when the -C- Summary appeared. The additional Summary -Binformation discussed that approximately 35,000,000 souls, along with other operational groups and sub-groups still present on Urantia , must be adjudicated to regain their status as ascenders. The Melchizedeks are working through the coordination of their college on Edentia with Melchizedeks stationed on Urantia to begin to clear the various energy grids that surround our planet. It is these infected grids which are responsible for the large numbers of individuals remaining on the planet even after death has terminated their life in the flesh.

Summary of Document C

We learned what the Melchizedeks on Urantia are doing to begin the cleansing of the planets energy grids so contaminated by Lucifer, and how the Melchizedek university on Edentia is providing leadership and liaison control for those on the ground who have begun this work. The Magisterial Mission can not easily proceed while these circuits are so highly debased, but the Mission will still proceed with fits and starts until some clearing has returned enough circuits to the Father on Paradise that a foothold can be established to cleanse the rest of the planet.

Racial blending and cultural rejuvenation is essential to stabilize Urantia for those future eras we call Light and Life, a term borrowed from the Urantia Book that describes life after the bestowal Son has completed his work and the Trinity Teacher Sons have begun their work on the planet. Urantia has had its bestowal Son out of the normal order of epochal Son dispensations, so it becomes necessary for Monjoronson to begin the process to normalize what has gone astray and invite Adam and Eve to participate. Summary -C- provides the reader conditional details about their return, the schools they will help run, and the direction of curricula through their children now residing on Edentia.

Summary -C- concluded with a description of how mortals will be attached to the Magisterial Mission and gave some insight into the approvals necessary for this to happen on Urantia while remaining in the flesh.

Production of these ABC Summaries Acknowledgment

[Acknowledgments: Monsanloran Melchizedek is stationed in the Central American region of the northern hemisphere and has operations and control programs for South America, Central America, and the western United States. His work is to cleanse the communication circuits established all around the globe starting in Central America where they are particularly corrupted by the practice of “obeah”, the Mayan name for black magic and child sacrifice. Monsanloran has provided the information in portions of this document to me.

To Mantutia Melchizedek, the Melchizedek in charge of the Edentia Melchizedek University, who has also graciously provided input into this document reviewed and approved for release today.

The Father Melchizedek has also approved the general content of this release. Document -Ddiscusses plans not yet put into effect and are future usages of personnel not yet assigned. It was deemed so important that the general idea of what reorganization is to take place very soon, that we (the Father Melchizedek) rather err in too much than not enough information.

On the human side, I am indebted to the help of two reflectivators who helped to clarify for me names and origins of information contained herein. I only mention these reflectivators by their function rather than their personal names in order to help them maintain anonymity at this time at the request of the Melchizedek receivers.

Thank you to all celestials and spiritual supervisors whose network of communication circuits and permissions by our Supervisors has allowed these Papers to come forth. Myself and on behalf of our readers alike, we thank you for your support, help, and contributions to these papers. I could not possibly produce this information without the inside help of the Melchizedek administration and the humans employed by them.

The Melchizedek University and the Melchizedek Receivers

Because Urantia has had such a checkered history, it has had several examples of universe government which have been changed over the millennia. Today’s discussion is how the Planetary Government is going to change dramatically once again. Please note we are not officially informed of all the details yet, but we will make them available when we can.

Beginning in the fall of 2005, the Melchizedek University began the work of consulting to reorganize the planetary government on Urantia. I is necessary to change the present arrangement of personnel because the present Planetary Prince, Machiventa Melchizedek, is to be on the visible staff of the Magisterial Son.

Monjoronson, the Avonal Son chosen by Christ Michael more than a millennia ago to come to Urantia, will be provided 12 Melchizedeks who will be visible to mortal eyes. Among the twelve Melchizedeks incarnating to serve with Monjoronson is Machiventa Melchizedek.

To provide Urantia a semblance of organization to be carried over from the planetary traditions of past administrative heads (excepting Caligastia), it was decided by the Nebadon executive branch that Machiventa would be even more effective if he were to provide leadership through the staff of Monjoronson. This left the question of what shall replace Machiventa when he incarnates with the Magisterial Son.

During the compilation of the Urantia Book, there were present on Urantia twelve receivers who substituted for the deposed Lanonandek Order of Sonship known as the Planetary Prince. Lucifer and Caligastia were of the Lanonandek Order, but created havoc when they seceded, with 37 inhabited planets, from the System of Satania to form what they considered their own space enclave to be headquartered on Jerusem, the capital of Satania. Thirty seven planets of the 609 then-inhabited planets well enough progressed to be considered of the status of evolutionary life that can recognize God, went over to Lucifer with their Planetary Princes. Upon the final bestowal of Nebadon’s Creator Son on Urantia, the rebellion was terminated by the bestowal Son, Jesus. Lucifer was interned and Caligastia was allowed to remain on the planet but was highly restricted in what he could or could not do.

Upon the termination of Lucifer as System Sovereign on Jerusem, the authorities in Nebadon requisitioned Melchizedek receivers to hold the Urantia government in place until a suitable replacement was found to be the Planetary Prince. We can now report that the 12 receivers who came to Urantia to replace Caligastia are now being asked to return and replace Machiventa Melchizedek as temporary rulers of Urantia until the regime of the Magisterial Son is completed and the last of the Lucifer rebellion is adjudicated on all apostate planets.

Current Status of the Rebel Planets in Satania

The 37 apostate planets have now all received their Magisterial Sons except for Urantia! Very little more can be reported about this collection rebel planets until they have undergone the changes their Magisterial Sons have initiated. This change of status will require that no visitors may approach these planets for any reason until the Avonal Sons of record on these planets signify that they may receive contact from off-planet species. In addition to the status change mentioned here, these planets will be arrayed in a new form of government not tried before in Nebadon and will be reporting directly to Lanaforge instead of a Planetary Prince until further notice.

The Melchizedek University Status on Edentia

As reported in Section -B- of these Summaries, the university established on Edentia, the Constellation capital of Norlatiadek, was established to study the Lucifer rebellion as well as to understand what the bestowal of Michael spiritually, morontially, and physically, changed in the system of Satania and specifically what it changed on Urantia. In many respects the study of the bestowal is also a study of Supreme values not yet well understood in our local universe.

Preparatory to the return of Christ to Urantia, there will be a conclave of universe Sons who will attend a consortium of teachers drawn from Paradise who will provide seminars about the Paradise philosophy and view of the rebellion on Urantia. The Melchizedek University at the same time will host tens of thousands of new students now permitted to visit Satania which has been closed to them since the rebellion. Visitors to Urantia and other rebel planets in Satania who were stranded when the circuits were seized isolating them, will come to share their experiences of “making do” for hundreds of thousands of earth years.

The university will now host those students who experienced first hand what it was like to see war in heaven breakout, but the Melchizedek institution will also be changing its location to Urantia. Its new location will be the placement where it will continue to specialize in the affairs of the Lucifer rebellion and to study the after affects on the rebellion on the vital energy circuits which give life and support life on Urantia. All of these circuits are nearly down to basic or minimal standards of operation today, and the Melchizedeks are working feverishly to put some back into good working order before Monjoronson incarnates.

When the Melchizedek University from Edentia relocates to Urantia, it will become the first university in Nebadon to have as its chief director a Creator Son. The Creator Son of Nebadon has been nominated by the Paradise Father to stand for election as the Melchizedek University’s new Viceroy. Such is an eternal office of honor and genuine effort by the new Viceroy for this universe age.

The Melchizedeks will continue to staff and teach the courses designed to describe what actually happened and what repercussions it has had on Urantia, Norlatiadek, Nebadon, and Orvonton, and why the Master Spirits intervened to overcome the startling decline of Urantia back to the barbarianism of war and sacrifice.

The Twelve Melchizedek Receivers

The selection of the twelve Melchizedek receivers was made in June of 2005. It contains names of those who originally came to Urantia around the time Michael ended the rule of Lucifer and removed Caligastia as Planetary Prince. It is these twelve receivers who were in office when the Urantia Foundation began publishing the Urantia Book in 1955. They recently had resigned their posts sometime during 1992 when Machiventa Melchizedek replaced them as head of the planetary government at Christ Michael’s request. Because there are humans who will be reading these Summaries will also transition into the new era, we have chosen to publish the twelve names in order to become familiar with them. They will become known to all Urantians over the next millennium of time during the reign of Monjoronson.

The twelve will govern Urantia through the Council of Twenty-Four.

Redefining The Council of Twenty-Four

Readers of the Urantia Book know this Council was formed from one-time humans and other Orders of life who served on Urantia with distinction. They were appointed for their life-times as morontia beings on the system capital until released by a millennia dispensation or by other decree. One such member has been approved to move on to the higher spheres of learning and spirit, known as the midwayer ABC The First, who distinguished himself during the Lucifer rebellion. His work on behalf of Urantia is applauded by all who knew him.

At the time of the presentation of the Urantia Papers, the Council had twenty-four seats but only eighteen members were assigned to this service. That membership has declined slightly due to the release of ABC The First (Midwayer), and Adam and Eve (who count as 1), who will be dispatched to Urantia with Monjoronson when the Mission begins.

The remaining Elders number sixteen at the present time. However, upon the approval of Adam and Eve to take an assignment on Urantia as the Magisterial Son’s agents for change in the education system, the Council will be replenished with new Elders. These two seats will be filled with mortals who also served with distinction on Urantia. Those placed in nomination include names you are all familiar with as they belong to the late twentieth-century history of events most of you reading this will remember.

The Council will remain with eighteen members until there is an additional adjudication of the sleeping survivors upon the release of Monjoronson from the Magisterial Mission in anticipation of the inauguration of the first stage of Light and Life. Normally, this release occurs every semi-millennial spans of time, but in Urantia’s case, they will be released when Michael feels they should be adjudicated.

The new status of the Council of Twenty-Four will also now hold what we in America call a press conference by a visible representative of the Council explaining the world view to those mortals on Urantia who can not otherwise see for themselves what is being prepared. It is likely that the public conference will be scheduled regularly to keep the population updated about these extraordinary changes. The Council will be advising the twelve Melchizedek receivers at the same time, and will continue to provide a Governor General as was done since Pentecost.

The Council of Twenty-Four will also provide liaison with those new forces on the planet which have to do with communication with other worlds that Urantia belongs to in the Satania System. Satania, a system which when completed will contain 1,000 inhabited planets under the direction of the Lanonandek Son who holds the title of System Sovereign (Lanaforge), is to be placed on probationary status in order to complete the plans of Christ Michael who wishes Urantia to become a combined evolutionary sphere and architectural status sphere for ascension studies.

The Probationary Status of The System of Satania

The probationary status for Satania is necessary for several reasons:

The one that receives the most attention is, of course, the requirement of the rebel planets to quietly be removed from intra-universe visitors during the beginning phases of their Magisterial Missions. But of a fare greater reach of meaning, the probation is due to the inclusion within Satania of a new system of architectural planets built to order to compliment Urantia’s status as a school with universe standing in Nebadon.

These architectural spheres, when completed, will be in nearby space. Your moon will remain closer to Urantia than the new spheres will be. The to-be-built- architectural spheres will be constructed to house administration and student assemblies for viewing Urantia and will orbit in space between the orbits of Mars and Urantia. It is to Urantia that students from all over Nebadon will come to study the rule of law, the dangers of rebellion and its consequences, and in what way the will of God is triumphant and complete over, and in spite of, rebellion. The architectural worlds nearby are administrative centers are also for affairs not yet revealed to occur on Urantia.

The Constellation Fathers Prepare for Urantia’s Ascension

The Most Highs of Norlatiadek are preparing an announcement to the other ninety-nine systems under their jurisdiction that they may no longer send visitors to Urantia for the foreseeable period due to the change in status of Urantia as a special case in need of rebuilding. Urantia’s status change will be in effect the moment Monjoronson lands upon Urantia in the flesh to begin his mission. To some this news will disappoint many who felt that the day for inter-species, off-planet contact was about to be approved. The changes in planetary status from becoming a universe shrine to Christ Michael’s bestowal as a human to the planet, to a planet that now will have a whole new destiny as a universe educator and moral symbol of the triumph of the Father’s will in planetary history, make it necessary to restrict too much attention at this time. Human visitors from other planets will be delayed by decades as far as first contact is concerned.
