Your thoughts are all over the place. This is not very good for carrying on a conversation. Become centered, grounded, still, and allow us to begin.

Feel the energy flow! Allow this to happen, attune yourself to this feeling and knowing the flow from the unified force field. Make friends with it, truly pay attention to it, and allow it to lead you.

Remember this is again a lesson in mindfulness, allowing you to venture below the layers of thought to discover hidden gifts and treasures. It is a preparing of the soil, so that more seed-nuggets of insight can 'drop in' from the unified force field to wake up your gift-seeds -- seed-gifts from the Gods.

The more you lend your cooperation to this awakening, the happier you will become, and the greater the inner balance you will attain. You are on the road to the banquet table of the First Source and Center of everything, who blesses you in your willingness to be of service, and allows you to grow into a greater conscious awareness. Life is indeed beautiful.

Go and play, and in the playing you become like a little carefree child, a trusting child, knowing that all is well. The mantle of frets and worries is no longer weighing you down. Remember always whose child you are, and know that all is well.

Realize more and more that you are living in abundance, that the immensely wealthy First Source and Center is unlimited in His Love, Grace, Mercy and Power. See His gentle rain of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness falling in and around you, bathing your cells, growing your atoms, cleansing your DNA.

Precious child, each and all blessings are there for the taking, as they are for all humanity. The more consciously aware you become, the more feeling, knowing, and experiencing senses will open.

See the wonders all around you. Unfurl yourself. Now is the time to leave behind the past with all its hurts.

It takes one day at a time to string another bead on the strand of life. Make it a good one.
