Lesson

Samuel: “This transmission is now to take place as arranged. You have discussed the subject among yourselves, asked the question, and I have prepared the lesson regarding evolution, specifically as it deals with the evolving human mind and revelation.

“On your world, basic primitive life forms were established by being planted in the shallows of the warm oceans. Almost all that lives on your planet has its origin in these implants. Other worlds are evolutionary, also, and here the Life Carriers may simply implant pre-human life in some instances, or in other instances bring to the new world the overflow of a population from another world. And so, no two worlds are alike in make-up, in atmosphere, if any, in the type of human life that is established there.

“This is your Teacher Samuel. It is a pleasure to be with you. I look forward to communicating with the three of you.

“We are talking about revelation. We are talking about Urantia, this world. You are not an ordinary world. You are not a common world. But in so far as (mindal) evolution exists here, it is in fact true that a basic idea must come up in someone’s mind, must flow into the ether, one might say, and is then confirmed by whichever Celestial is given the task to confirm this new thought.

“There are always exceptions. There are instances, and there have been many, many instances on your world, when certain revelation has been brought to you, because the time was right, and as yet, no one had thought of that particular concept, invented or discovered the particular thing now needed. There are a far greater number of thoughts, inventions, and discoveries that have been squashed, and taken away from the human mind, because, to all intent and purpose, they were not the best thing for you to own as intellectual property.

“Revelation as a rule, however, depends very much on an individual, or a group of individuals, to come up with the idea, and then it is ‘let go off,’ and imparted to a greater number. That is basic (mindal) evolution, and much as you may consider national karma, or planetary karma, there are also rights to revelation which may include a nation, which at times may include a certain religion, which may perhaps include an entire planet. I hope and trust that in this brief meeting I have made clear to you that revelation is almost in all circumstances a deserved right presented to your evolutionary minds.

“This is Samuel of Panoptia saying goodbye for now. Let us try to be in contact a little more often than us just having the day to day snippets you are willing to accept in passing. Thank you for your time. Thank you for your attention. I thank my Midwayer Friend for passing on my thoughts. Au revoir.”

All present: “Thank you, Samuel.”
