Thought Adjuster: “People sometimes get confused when thinking about ‘gratefulness.’ You have often been told that you should be grateful to be where you are even when conditions surrounding you are less than ideal and those telling you to be grateful are actually hurting you. This is not the type of gratefulness that our Father expects from us.

“Being spiritually grateful is a personal attitude in which a creature has realized that his or her life is a gift and — a constant opportunity each day to learn to be better and to come closer to achieving his or her true potential. Sincere gratefulness will allow you to counter your resistance to the lessons of life and to better identify the opportunities that arise on your path. Spiritual gratefulness also contributes greatly to diminishing the fear and the anxiety that many mortals feel towards the future and the unknown.

“Can you really feel grateful in every situation of your life? Intelligent spiritual gratefulness requires certain knowledge of higher truths. As you advance in your understanding of spiritual matters — as your Thought Adjuster provides revelations bringing you increasingly closer to divinity — your level of gratefulness, the sensation of security and your trust in the divine plan will become more evident. This is how some among you can be grateful even while facing the tragedies of life, like after losing a dear friend or after going through those drastic changes that the world throws your way from time to time.

“When people realize that there is really nothing that can inflict permanent damage upon them — or upon any of their loved ones — and that their life and their future are in the best of hands, all worries vanish and one feeling prevails: the certainty that, in spite of appearances, all is well.”
