Greg’s Adjuster. Point of information. My long association with Patrick’s Adjuster(mostly fused), created an opportunity for Patrick to connect to Greg. My only part besides the asociation was his using my circuit to contact Greg. Patrick was persistent and eventually was able to connect to form this partnership. Tonight’s lesson is on calibration. I withdraw for Patrick.

Patrick speaks: Once again grateful to continue what I hope is a thought provoking transmission. I am on Mansion world 6. One of my lessons is to facilitate promising souls on their way to future fusion. I am a teacher and a student as you all are or will be. Tonight we discuss calibration in relation to T/Ring progress, and the trying course of events that transpire while developing your circuits.

Aside from the obvious, sleep, water and good food, the rhythm of the process is often not addressed. Backing up and slowing down is a necessary interval in this endeavor. The days when you don't have "it,” are not wasted days at all, but opportunities to have the biology and electromagnetic circuits strengthen and grow into a more efficient conveyer of information.

Time in nature , spent with animals or near them, has a tremendously beneficial effect on these circuits. Sunshine and fresh air can decompress anxious individuals who are pushing faster than necessary to advance this process. Take a day off and find yourself refreshed the following day to overcome this version of writers block. Enjoy the journey as much as the ultimate destination.

Fretting about your status when the earth changes come won't do anything to alter their course or stop it from happening. Greg and I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon with the dogs in a wooded area and he capped it off with a nap. Actually with his midwayer, seraphim and assorted other beings around there is quite a crowd. Let the calibration process run its necessary course and see the results without the stress. One foot(if I had one) in front of another we say on our side. Not really. Greg likes this saying. ;) Anyway, in conclusion, slowing down might actually speed things up. We bid you a fond good evening.

Thought Adjuster: Today our discussion is our suggested approach to compassion. We are honored to have Father Abraham participate in this lesson..

Patrick: Gratitude for the presence and contribution of Father Abraham in today’s discussion. To begin, Compassion is largely misunderstood on Urantia today. It takes the form in many cases of coddling and enablement. Not that there are not many instances of properly applied compassion. Our definition of compassion, as I have learned it on the mansion worlds, is one of empowerment. An example might be a situation where someone has attempted to master a new skill only to find it is temporally beyond their reach. The person becomes despondent and gives up, because it just didn't happen right away. The negative way would be to say, there you don't need to worry about this at all, I'll take care of it for you. Depriving the individual of a valuable learning process and finally attaining the skill aimed for. Co-dependancy occurs and no one benefits, including the enabler who will answer for this at some future point.

Abraham: This enabler will be cast into darkness for a thousand years. - LOL ;) - You see , even I have a sense of humor. This would never happen for something like this. The proper way to handle this is to say, “dear friend, I see how determined you are to attain this new skill. I am impressed with your sincere effort and see how very close you have come to your goal.” (IF this is the case, never lie). What do you feel is your obstacle in achieving your goal? How do you feel about taking a short break from your effort to regroup and adjust your well applied strategy?

Make a suggestion if you can. By no means do it for them! Defuse some of the emotion and encourage a discussion with their adjuster, Michael, myself, Father. Completely take your focus off the subject and return after a new approach has been formulated. If you are proficient in this skill, a brief demonstration may be appropriate. Always be careful to allow your friend the opportunity to achieve and feel the tremendous feeling of accomplishment after a hard won effort bears the fruit of success. Success is many times arrived at by a series of failures. This is our position on the true application of compassion. To allow one to do it themselves is the most loving and compassionate approach you can do. What we want from the reader is to meditate on this subject starting an internal conversation, expanding their understanding of the concept of compassion. Until the next time. Good day.

Patrick: Thank you Father A. Our next lesson will cover the subject of humor. Thank you for your attention and the opportunity to serve. Good day.

TA: Our subject today is the advantage of using humor to connect with others. We again are honored for Abraham to join in this as well as contributions from ABC-17 Greg's personal midwayer. Patrick will begin.

Patrick: Humor, or sense of it, is absolutely essential to connect with others. On planets like Urantia and Panoptia, humor is blended in with the culture as though part of the language itself. It does many useful things such as reduces tension between individuals. Reminds us of our similarities. Allows us to feel comfortable in unknown areas of study. We on the Mansion worlds realize that to communicate effectively with those still in physical embodiment, humor is essential if we are to make you feel comfortable with our teachings. We study 21st century humor on the mansion worlds, because many of us are far removed from our days when we walked similar paths and faced similar challenges. Many others attend these lectures such as angels of different variety, and other Celestials who have never embodied. Midwayers are our closest cousins in the physical and have a built in connection with humor others on our plane only wish we had.

ABC-17: Greetings to all, I am honored to speak and to contribute to this lesson. I have been with Greg since he first drew breath and do connect with him throughout each day in many of his light hearted moments. I admit, I am in second position to his Adjuster, who I consider a friend and partner in our overall success as part of team Greg.

My connection with Greg is primarily through humor. Greg is uncomfortable with too strongly applied emotions and does much better if his exchanges are humorous in delivery. They are stress reducers for him. As he much prefers to use humor in his everyday exchanges with the people he meets in his daily travels. Besides safety (another subject), this is where I come in.

We will laugh together when seeing the humorous side of an intense situation, processing the event along the way. This process works well with a large part of the population on Urantia as many of you have been deprived of the proper examples of expressing emotions and this is the path of least resistance for you. How many times have you been in a tough situation only to diffuse it with humor. It is your default response. Of course emotional balance would be preferred, but there is only so much time in your human life and we do the best we can do. You might have expected jokes or something here , but we want to emphasize that humor is serious business for all of us.

Abraham: This subject is largely overlooked and am here to say I suggest you please allow your sense of humor to be an integral part of your expression. In my opinion, humor expresses a sense of kindness to others that brings down defenses. Then allowing you to make your point much easier. You will also learn a thing or two yourself as I have on many occasions. As Patrick has mentioned before, we study 21st century humor and I myself have attended some of these lectures to my benefit. I am strict but not too strict that I can't appreciate a humorous phrase or reference to lighten the mood and improve communication. We keep it short so as not to lose your attention. You all have so much going on in your minds we feel it is most effective this way. I stand in Fathers Light with you and am always watching. Good day.

TA: Today’s subject is the most difficult art of discernment. As before , we hope for our readers to meditate on this subject for expanded clarity.

Patrick: Greg thinks this is a good time to discuss this most trying ability to discern. Oh my, this one makes us crazy. One day it's spot on , the next, who knows. What do we mean? Well the human condition precludes perfection. No getting around that. We like to think we are very advanced when in embodiment, but the truth is , we're just beginners. I went through this myself on your sister planet Panoptia a few thousand years back. This is an art as much as it is a skill. It is linked to our communication with our dear Adjusters. Intuition and discernment are first cousins and inversely proportionate to each other. The information we get is sometimes clouded by our emotions and maturity level. We don't always trust our ability to discern because we don't trust our own judgement. Mistakes are also intentionally put in our way(by our adjusters) to stretch and try our minds as we attempt to discern. Father tests us when we least expect it that lovable rascal. Mistakes are teaching moments and are many times resolved by time and meditation. The more we trust ourselves, the better we get at this. We will never be perfect on this plane. Period.

Discernment is a key component of the T/R process. Both are enhanced by practice and patience. The realization that this will take longer than our lack of experience would acknowledge is always important to remember. Let's all remember there are no S's on our chests, to use your Superman reference(or superwoman). Give yourself a break and realize your skills although much more developed, still have a long way to go. Enjoy the journey and don't concern yourself with the destination. Good day my friends.

Part 8

TA: We meet again to discuss and contemplate the level of aggression in the psychology of the individual, as it is positively applied in our daily experiences. We acknowledge the esteemed presence of our Teacher Abraham.

Patrick: Let's start by saying that aggression has an important role to play in our pursuit of our spiritual development. How could that be?

Aggression is a no-no in our way to Father. People who employ aggression are meanies. That's not us, as we are beyond that. We're nice people. Well, here's the deal. ( I've been studying 21st century Urantian speech patterns and couldn't wait to use that line)

Without some level of aggressiveness we're useless. The Celestials are not really interested in shrinking violets ( how about that one). We need people who can express aggression in the proper way. The ability to counter the disruptive crap that comes from non-believers, in a non confrontational way, without punching someone in the face.

Urantia is filled with barbarians. Weak individuals will be chewed up and spit out without some backbone. It is unlikely the Celestials will rush to our defense when confronted with a challenge. This is our job to diffuse as best we can. This is where aggression properly applied comes in.

Abraham: This subject caught my interest as soon as Greg( TA) came up with it. The aggression in the personality is something to be tamed using the wild horse metaphor. Bring it down into the level of useful conscious application and here is a tool one can use.

Suppose someone challenges you by saying you are absurd. What you say about God cannot be true. You just want attention. I've seen your type before. What you say is laughable. What you say and 2 bucks gets you a cheap cup of coffee. Well, do you turn and run, crying to the Celestials, they are mean to me. I'm going home.

Or, and this is where a bit of applied aggression comes in. You stand your ground, stare into their eyes and say, I believe we differ my friend, in my opinion, I stand by my statements. If you don't like what you hear, you're free to leave. This may work and it may not. You may never get through to this knothead. The real effect is the reaction that those will have who have been listening to you.

Your level of confidence comes from an applied measure of aggression applied in a positive way. We all remember the story of Van. He stood his ground refusing to change his mind and submit to the lies of Caligastia and his minions.

Now practically speaking, we know many of you have different personality traits. This is understood. It also can be an acquired ability to stand in this way. We also don't expect all of you to stand as Van did. His actions were exceptional. I repeat, this may not always work, but many will say, that man or woman stood for what they believe, in a courageous and graceful way. Your demeanor may be what someone remembers years later. They might think: I will endeavor to stand as he or she did. With confidence, dignity and grace. There must be something to what they say............

Enough. Think, ponder, meditate. Good day.

Part 9

  • August 5,2014

Thought Adjuster: Today’s lesson considers the ability to maintain emotional balance through the vicissitudes of the daily challenge of the spiritual life.

Patrick: Emotional balance is so subjective that there might not be a correct definition for this skill set. There could be a recommended emotional equilibrium that might be optimal for the challenging times ahead. As one advances through the Morontial worlds, a stability of sorts is absorbed by the individual consciousness by osmosis. Greater knowledge of who you are, where you come from, and where you are going gives to the ascending soul a serenity not necessarily accessible to the human in the state of becoming.

On Urantia we see an appalling number of your inhabitants with no sense of themselves emotionally. This of course is understandable given the lack of Celestial guidance available to the rank and file at large. This will change in the future as we gravitate towards the Life and Light era of your planet. As we speak now, a disheartening number of you even try for the state of balance we hope to see in our teams for the soon to be Mission. Our dear Father Abraham wishes to discourse on this very subject , as he is in charge of many of the teams forming now for this event.

Abraham: I wish to thank Patrick for graciously granting me the floor for the purpose of this discussion which concerns me to the effect that our opinion on how this might be managed in the high times. ( Time of great challenge and stress) Highs and lows emotionally do no one much good. We do understand that many of you have underdeveloped emotional control and hoping to head off some of the confusion that might occur as a result of this is our goal tonight. Adrenalin in the system is released when the flight or fight mechanisms are activated through stress caused by calamitous events. The heart pounds, the temples throb, a headache occurs , insomnia is prevalent.

How does one maintain oneself and be a leader when all about you is chaos. How does one T/R when your heart races and sweat pours from your forehead. Good questions? Has anyone of you thought about this? Breath techniques are one possible option. Will that be enough? I doubt it.

I need my teams to start to think in these terms. I can't come down and do it for you. This is where the rubber meets the road. This is where we will see how much we can depend on you when these times are a now. I would like to recommend a more intense meditation effort on all your parts.

If possible an effort to calibrate your emotions to a middle point. Keep the highs and lows to a minimum. How does one control your emotional responses you say? As best you can I say. Not letting yourself get too excited or too depressed is a start. This isn't a cure all, but a workable technique to introduce to yourself and develop it as best you can for the times of stress. I understand that you have a genetic pattern from your ancestors DNA. I don't expect you to be perfect in this or anything else for that matter. Your human of course so it's not possible. Getting it into your consciousness is the first step in having some ability developed in this regard. That is the purpose of this lesson. Think, ponder, meditate. Good night to my ascending souls.

TA: Today's thought is what is a clear definition of kindness, as what's best, for the individual it is directed to.

Patrick speaks: Greg and I have an internal dialogue about our lessons presented. We are taking a different approach from some of the others on these two sites to stick to instructional subjects rather that get into time lines for the commencement of the mission and it's manifestations in the physical. We are not comfortable making predictions or whatever you want to call them for this subject leaving it to others to make these transmissions or adjustments as needed as dates come and go. No offense to the others. We are not comfortable or confident to proceed in that way.

Combination of Patrick and Greg's TA: Kindness is another one of these somewhat subjective subjects that can be an art or a skill. Are we on this site all kind people? Yes , we are, and the purpose of this discussion is to create an even more conscious application as it is directed to the individual applied , not the person applying it. Applying kindness gives the individual applying such, a feeling of satisfaction. This can be addictive and the individual can apply said kindness to a sometimes unwilling individual, who might not always need the stated kindness. The individual applying can get the s on your chest syndrome. Running around being kind and saving the world at large. We are all guilty of this from time to time.

We suggest that as we travel the world seeing opportunities to apply kindness that a more focused level of discernment be the goal concerning the application of such. Individuals can be highly offended when a well meaning, but shortsighted individual doesn't consider the reaction of the targeted individual.

We repeat an example Greg gave prior to this post, when he offended a man with no legs who lost his crutches and looked to Greg’s point of view , he would need help. Greg handed him his crutches and helped him reset himself to continue on his way. The man turned abruptly away without a word leaving Greg confused,( Greg did not need to be thanked), but also thinking now why would someone seem to be upset with being helped when it appeared to me that he needed it?

Well, here we are. Did he really need help? Was Greg’s knee jerk reaction accurate in his analysis of the situation? No. Not even close. Greg deprived the man a chance to be self-sufficient; to maintain his self respect and to put into practice, techniques he had been trained to do. Was this kindness? No, it was selfishness. Greg, his Thought Adjuster and myself will not forget the lesson learned here in this example.

In conclusion, looking carefully at a given situation before jumping in to "save the day" is as important as the admonition to be kind to all. Giving respect is one of the highest forms of kindness. We must refine our ability to discern the degree of kindness applied or to not apply it at all. Thereby applying a higher degree of kindness by doing nothing at all in that particular case.

Thank you all for your attention to this subject. As Abraham says to us: Think, ponder, meditate. Good night to all.

Part 11

Greg's TA: Today’s lesson involves the contemplation of Clarity as it relates to the Transmitting experience. This was suggested in conference with Abraham ( Patrick and Greg's TA), who is quite insistent on this topic. Greg has doubts about the content of this transmission , but is willing to let it rip.

Patrick speaks: Clarity, as you might expect , is an important part of the T/R process. How does one know when clarity has descended upon us as we transmit? We wonder if you are all experiencing a feeling of clarity in your practice? Are the messages a bit more clear? Are they informative? What is your process?

Let's start with process and compare notes on technique. ( This is not a competitive moment. Only to help each other in our process) How do you start your transmission? We'll use Greg as an example. Quiet, Quiet, Quiet. This isn't always possible, but it sure does help. We(collective of Greg- Greg’s TA, (mostly same thoughts - myself, Patrick), have one thought. Light breathing gets him into a meditative state quite quickly. Close your eyes of course, relax, ask Father for clarity(sure does help), and we connect almost instantly. We think one thought. Oversimplification? Perhaps, but that is Greg's way which developed organically.

Greg M. (Transmitter comments): Many times when I transmit, I don't start out the day thinking I will be transmitting. I think I am not in the mood. Today for example, I had no thoughts on this and wham. Clarity, clarity, clarity keeps coming into my mind. Now, I know Abraham when he suggests a topic. He is a forceful personality who doesn't appreciate nonsense. In today's world , he'd be known as a straight shooter. So, I had other ideas for this part 11 of a 12 part series, but his vote trumps mine; so be it. Clarity it is. When I agreed, the pressure to discuss this subject was released. Apparently, I'm not always conscious of it when a subject is decided upon. I am outvoted and the pressure to get to the computer is applied. I have not attempted to vocalize as of yet and am in no rush to do so. I enjoy the process of typing the transmission. I also, don't have a continuous stream of information as it comes to me in sentences, which we edit along the way. I know Ron (Besser), does not transmit this way and maybe the rest of you don't as well, but for now this works for me and I'm sticking with the horse I rode in on.

Patrick speaks: Different methods come up when the situation calls for it and as Greg has no plans to transmit in front of anyone for now, we all agree this works and this should be taken to it's continued expansion. As Greg continues on , if he has no confidence in the content, he stops, returns to meditation, asking what went wrong and may start over.

Clarity is inversely proportionate to confidence. Read the transmission yourself and ask yourself, would I enjoy reading this? If the answer is no, scrap it and start over when a subject comes to you and a Celestial makes her or himself known to you through your meditation and proceed. Greg has not engaged some of the other entities who want to transmit with him as he wants to develop what he has as a foundation. He will expand later. That is one reason why myself (Patrick), and Abraham, come through so clearly as repetition has created . .. clarity.

In conclusion, meditate on these thoughts if you would as a form of self auditing and check your progress. Sticking with one or two sources may be helpful in your progress. If nothing else we hope to give you food for thought.

In the insightful words of Abraham Think, ponder, meditate Good day.

Part 12

  • August 15, 2014

Transmitter's Notes: Greg's TA- Greg: Today our discussion involves the process of developing the ability to identify whom you are transmitting. "Who's on first" is a reference to an old Abbott and Costello bit from the 40's involving a humorous exchange between two fans, one confusing the other by a series of confounding explanations of who is on what base. You need to be a certain age to appreciate it, but we used it as an introduction to the point of our lesson. Which is, who the heck am I talking to and how do I get better at recognizing each individual? No small task indeed. Again , as we have mentioned before, this is as much an art as a science. Now this post won't solve that for you. It will hopefully give you suggestions that may help in your efforts.

This particular series is one in which we have learned a great deal. I'm no expert here, but we have developed a routine that works for us who are involved in this series and we will apply aspects of it as we continue our practice in the art of T/Ring.

After an entry into silence. We visualize a scene that has already occurred. A conference of the parties involved with the lesson of today. I've learned that so much goes on in the subconscious state and that this is the smallest part of the lesson.( The post) In today’s lesson, Patrick, Abraham, and Myself- TA sit in a circle discussing the particulars of our project. Around us are many interested individuals who may or may not offer suggestions as to subject, who will speak, during the lesson. Now you ask, when do you talk about the actual technique for determining who is who? I am not sure exactly how , but what happens to me is this. We recognize a vibration. Each individual in the cosmos has it's own distinct signature vibration. We identify the few we have worked with by that distinct vibration. We( Greg- Greg's TA) are learning this as we go along. That's how we know who Patrick is, who Abraham is, when my T/A speaks to me exclusively. These three are easy. I'll have my struggles with others We are not as familiar with. We are absolutely convinced that this is the method that works for us and will continue to expand until recognition is like running into someone in a hallway.

Patrick: I had trouble at first getting Greg's attention. He was confused by my attempts to connect with him. Abraham was able to facilitate this and the connection was made. Others will be brought into the mix and it is absolutely true that we each have a distinct signature vibration that is our celestial calling card. Greg must still learn to distinguish the new contributors as they come into the forefront. He will make mistakes. Everyone gets it who continues to try.

Abraham: We are now coming into the area where the details of this process are addressed. Everyone still has much to learn, but that is the nature of our existence. It will never end. When one ability is mastered others will be presented to you for your next challenge. Ten thousand (10,000), Urantian years from now you will look back on this as something so simple and basic it will be like your breathing is now: Involuntary. Consider "feeling who you are speaking with." Everyone of you will get it because everyone always gets it. So take some time to figure out "Who's on first"

At this point, we have completed 12 lessons with the four of us. We will soon commence with bringing others into the fold. Gratitude for your attention. Think, ponder, meditate. Good day.
