'Avoiding Negativity' is the most valuable calisthenic you can do. It "builds strong bodies 12 ways" as the adverts used to say, putting muscles where there were none; a spirit work-out healing cracks and crevices in the mental well being of those making their way along life's volatile path, a path often obscured by a lack of trust, the want of hope, and beset with potholes and hanging branches and deep ruts at its shoulders, and mud where mud might be least expected, and yet leading to all the places that call to an interested or ambitious or curious person. And it's on this path, when those higher circuits of amicable trust and transcendent hope are intermittently hidden, that we meet the tempter, 'Negativity', the dark semi-belief that life is too good to be true.

Negativity lures the intellect to a half-way house where it can ingloriously hang its uncertain hat, providing an excuse for the arrogant insecurity of sarcasm, and a justification for an "If the world is going down I will go down with it" attitude. It is the stench arising from the brutality - the greed and violence - so prevalent in the affairs of mankind today. But these affairs and the underhanded way they are conducted are coming to an end, this I can assure you; an end helped along by avoiding negativity's fashionable allure, keeping oneself a healthy distance from the foolishness creating it and the susceptibility sustaining it.

The fresher the air you yourself provide the sooner negativity's toxic aroma will be dissipated. Will the end of its self-defeating activities happen quickly? Soon? Hard to say. But it will happen. It is happening. And those who remain buoyant will, at the far end of these trials, tell a much happier tale of a much smoother journey than those unable to avoid the corrosive drain of intellectual negativity.

Keeping one's head and thoughts out of reach of the 'bad vibes' characterizing the current fading system is all-important if one is to maintain a healthy body, an open heart, a discerning mind, friendly relations with neighbors, and a happy give-and-take with children, where, just as the child is introduced to the maturity of adulthood, so the adult is reintroduced to the imaginative innocence of childhood.

Be ever receptive to negativity's antidote, Gratitude. It is in this transcendent frame of mind that Beauty, Truth, and Goodness are glimpsed, and negativity is recognized for the slipping mask it is: gravity overworked, keeping not just mankind's feet on the ground but his imagination as well. Negativity is expansion in retreat, the sun, moon and stars replaced with self concern and the smallness of self-defeat. This is not what the world was made for. Some will argue it is what the world is made of, but that is perception through a glass darkly, not the direct experience of the world's broadening horizon.

Negativity, hiding behind the pretence of intellectual acuity and masquerading as 'being realistic', undermines the real purpose and vigor of life. Life is growth and negativity fights it, pulling against it like an undertow in the ocean. And before you know it you are far out to sea, wondering how you got there. And more importantly, how to get back. How do we build the muscles to swim against so relentless a current? 'Avoiding Negativity' is the most valuable calisthenic you can do.

Thomas: [Alan] Hello my friends, yes, this is Thomas. I am here with you again, sharing this time together and reveling in the message Amanson just presented. You do have quite the duo going developing these messages, having the insights from Amanson and the wordsmithing from Mark. This is the sort of development that happens when you humans open your minds, open your hearts to spirit and allow spirit to lift you up, to lift you to your betterment. That message, avoiding negativity, is about seeking positivity. It is about not allowing the negative thoughts and actions to drag you down but allowing the positive spirit-directed influence to lift you up, to open your minds, your hearts, to open your sense of being to a broader understanding of the universe, that when you open and receive and pass that positive energy onto others, you are helping to create a world of positive energy and positive action, a world where you mortals, instead of attempting to climb over each other and push each other down so that you’re on top, you instead are helping each other up so that you can all stand together further up the hill, further up the mountain you can learn to reach together to achieve more.

That is the result of avoiding negativity. As you no doubt know, negative messages, negative influences will create turmoil, will create animosity. That is not what we are promoting or bringing to your planet. We are here to make connection so that you have a sense of who we are, who the Master is, what the messages are that we promote of love, of truth, beauty, and goodness, of working together to evolve a planet of individuals who care about each other, who work together to make for the betterment of all. This is not an easy task, we understand that and, as you know, through the years that you are aware of going back to the time when the Master was on this planet, there has been continued turmoil.

There has been continued battlement, so to speak, battles between individuals and groups attempting to achieve dominance over others. But that is not what we bring, and as the circuits open and more people are able to feel the connection of spirit, the idea of positive energy, the idea of working together will spread and a small group like this is a positive indication of that at work. So thank you all. Thank you for your efforts. Thank you for your willingness to open, to be vulnerable, to care about each other and others and to want to help your planet become a better place. So thank you for that message Amanson and thank you all for joining together and supporting each other. Good night.

Light: [Delores] You always bring us joy with your curiosity and we are ever keeping our ear tuned to these kinds of growth spurts because we never know what may happen. We will honor your request tonight. There’s all these people raising their hands. They want to talk with the humans, someone who also has shown much curiosity on their path to light. Yes, you beautiful humans. You look at each other and mostly perceive from the outside.

When you move or express yourselves from the trueness of your spirit, your personality comes through. It is difficult on this world where there is the predominance of the negativity that prohibits a soul’s expression of their personality; it is not well known that this growth of spirit is about personality. Personality is a beautiful crystalline structure designed by The Father for each individual and He knows where you fit, how you connect with others, who you are, and that is a gift that He carries for you to discover.

You are not born really knowing who you are, and this gift of discovery is what the whole show is about because when things are revealed, you have the choice to accept them or reject them, to keep them in your heart or toggle them away. It is a moving, loving, growing experience that makes you who you are. Ask yourself, would you go back in time at any point in the past, in your life, and repeat that experience or be that again? You might say yes without knowing what you would lose because going back, there would erase the personality credit that you had accrued through time with your relationships and experiences. That is indeed what a personality credit is, a collection of experiences that fuses or calibrates itself to your reality and the reality of the Paradise Father. You know that this is a give - and - take adventure with your Thought Adjuster and your human self.

You have read about those who do not choose to continue their spiritual career and the personality is kept as an acquirement of that Thought Adjuster; hence you get experienced Thought Adjusters. Human beings are the baby seeds that the Thought Adjusters arrive in, ride in, seek to bond with. It does not always happen, but that unit between your original birth personality and the one that is developing with your Thought Adjuster - think of it as electrical wiring perhaps. You say that you are feeling more confidant in this mission, that you are feeling uplifted and under the umbrella of our watch care.

That is true indeed but the other side of it is, these personality credits that you have earned by your continued seeking of The Father have brought you many gifts of perception that you really are not completely aware of. The gifts of perception, of intuition perhaps, have been deepened by these times of growth so that when you can perceive deeper into your fellows, when you know what to say, it is a pathway of spirit coming through you to them. You may not be completely aware of it but that is one of the gifts of personality. The ability to open that door and let that spirit through, or talking about your own emotional mastery, this idea of avoiding negativity, is a gift of personality. As you work with it you will become stronger, more automatic at turning aside from the friction and the abuse that you used to blindly walk into and react with and become entangled in.

So the spirit of awareness that can sense when to stop, when to shut the doors, when to let things be without your personal interaction, this is a gift of personality. These are subtle things, they are invisible, but they accrue together to bind you with the purpose of fusion with your Thought Adjuster. If you think on this you may be able to find some ways that your confidence has grown and understand that this is changing you - with a personality credit - and you have all come far along in this journey. You are different from the rest of your fellows because of this. Your personalities are embroidered, embellished, you might say, into something more beautiful, more functional because of your connections with your Thought Adjusters.

When you think of it, every being is born with a square unit of personality, but they are different: they will want different things, they will desire different things, they will react to different things, collect different things. Everybody is different in that way for what they choose to like and not like. But how they react to the stresses, to the joys, to the enthusiasms and to the development of their own lifetime is what creates these further developments in their personalities that are called - personality credits - in the ‘book’. So know that it is a natural thing and try to become aware maybe, if you’re interested, in how your mind has changed and been changed by your connection with y our Father within, for that is wherein the secret lies. Thank you so much for your question tonight dear one. Know that I am always with you. I am Light, and I am a long-time friend. Thank you.

Machiventa: [John] This is Machiventa. As this one has just said, I have spent a long time building this connection with this one. Because he answered the call, because he took that leap of faith, because I could count on him, when he calls I will always respond and I do it with gladness in my heart because he acts as a bridge to my mortal friends. He acts as a means of connection, as a demonstration of the faith that each of you have and that we would create a record of so that those who come behind us can know that they too have this ability, they too stand on the edge of a precipice but it takes courage, courage to fling yourself off of a precipice not really knowing for certain exactly what’s going to happen.

And so, that courage is on display here tonight. For each of you, reach out, take that leap of faith, and find us on the other side with open arms ready to catch you and to honor your courage and your faith and your desire for connection and your intention for connection. And it is this connection between personalities that makes possible the contribution through the expansion of human consciousness. For what we are doing here tonight by gathering in this way and collectively expressing our faith, is expanding the frontier of human consciousness, and by so doing we then create more light, more frequency, more vibration, and that all ripples out into the physical plane touching individuals that pass through them, awakening within them this hunger for connection, for relationship, this hunger for truth, for knowing, this hunger for meaning and what these struggles are all about.

And so we continue this effort. We create a vast amount of experience in young mortals such as yourselves, and as a result of this experience you can look back and see that your soul is growing, that your awareness of spirit is growing, and that the peace that passes all understanding is also growing within you. What you have found, others are seeking. There are many ways to bring about these revelations. I would share with you one idea that is very potent and a great adjunct to these revelations. As T/R’s, as people who create these transcripts, it can be sometimes tempting to put these transcripts out there and feel that you have done your job.

Indeed you have. But now I would ask you come out of the shadows of these transcripts and to think about how you would craft the story of your personal experience with spirit. How did you first come to the idea of knowing that you were indwelled with spirit? How did you first come to make this connection, for it is these stories, these personal stories of a very human nature that indeed are incredibly attractive to those just behind you and would do them well to understand your experience through your personal stories as well as be the beneficiaries of these revelations. Both are necessary. Human beings love stories. Often they come to truth through story.

Each of you has a remarkable story to tell. Your internet is becoming a literal human desert. AI is being seen and used as an alternative to human beings writing from their hearts and telling their own stories. And now AI has been around just long enough where we’re beginning to see the generation of documents and information that is generated with AI itself becoming then part of the large language models that AI is training itself on and it becomes sterile and devoid of this human connection. The internet is full of websites that do this but they don’t really go anywhere. They just languish. People don’t stay on them, they don’t click them, they don’t share them very much because they don’t really connect with them.

What people are looking for is human connection. In this age of information overload, of knowledge everywhere you turn and the ease and the quickness at which you can crank it up now using AI, its value is becoming less, its meaningfulness is becoming less. So, you stand upon the edge of a wonderful opportunity to tell your story in a very human way. Before you transition, leave that story behind. Make it part of the record and make it available to those who will come after you, who are seeking for this human connection. I’m not asking people to write books, but when you do have the opportunity to tell your story and to share it on some of these social media sites that you have access to, should you be so moved to do it I would ask that you do it in a very human way.

Instead of using AI to polish up a podcast, to create the style, it’s okay to ask AI to act as a kind of editor and help you in that way, but don’t let it take your story away, your voice away, your humanness away. But that is what people will respond to and right now that is the response the world needs, human beings telling their stories of how they make spirit connection and making this story available for those seeking it would be of great benefit to them as will this record of knowledge and wisdom. It’s part of a complete package.

And so I’d just share this with you and ask you to consider it in what you do, and to think about it. This is a very human thing that you are doing. You are reaching up, inward to your spirit that you have great faith and you are daring, hoping, and exercising faith to make this connection. The proof is here, it’s in these transcripts and now you may have the opportunity to augment these transcripts with a very human explanation. How did they come about? How did you do this?
