I have made a page describing the Heart Room with a link referring persons to more lessons on the topic. Of course, I will be adding to the topic as the additional lessons are encountered. Those of you who have used this exercise and/or are close to Alana and the Butterfields in Costa Rica, please let me know if you feel this is an adequate representation of the practice. - Thanks

Beautiful Rob, so good to hear Alana’s words again. Yes, this is a wonderful intro to “The Heart Room”

My first experience with the Teaching Mission was a personal transmission from Alana thru Oliver as T/R around 2001 that instantly won me over to the beauty and reality of the Celestial Teachers after 10 years of complete doubt of it’s validity.

I had a rather powerful lesson and experience in one of the heart room sessions at the Butterfields in Costa Rica with Suzi as T/R that I would like to share. I was on one of my visits to Lake Arenal and paid David and Sue Butterfield a visit and asked if we could have a session with Alana as I always did when I would visit them. Suzi agreed and during the session Alana gently guided us into the heart room and after a few moments of floating in the pool of love and forgiveness she asked me if I would like to invite my deceased father into the heart room. I was a little taken back at first but agreed and proceeded with Alana’s guidance to invite my Father in. We did not connect much when he was alive for one reason or another, but there was a deep sadness in me that he died before we could find some love between us. When Alana assured me he was indeed present in the heart room she asked me if I would forgive him. At that moment I found it easy to forgive him and told him so. Then Alana asked me if I would complete the circle of love and ask for his forgiveness. I was somewhat taken aback by this request and vividly remember wondering why I needed to ask for his forgiveness. Then, it came to me quite suddenly that I had withheld my love from him just as my 10 year old son was now withholding his love from me. In that moment I felt the pain I had caused my Father by withholding my love from him as I was feeling the pain of my son withholding his love from me. I wholeheartedly asked for his forgiveness and in that moment something shifted in my heart and a new found love for my Father began to well up inside me. Upon returning home a few days later, not waking the family because of the late hour, I went to bed. The next morning I was awakened by the sound of my son running into my bedroom exclaiming “daddy you’re home” and jumping into bed and throwing his arms around my neck giving me a big hug, something he hadn't done in several years.

I do hope you will continue to post these gems from Alana. Have you been able to connect with the Butterfields?

Rick

Thank you Rick! Your story illustrates well the curriculum of divine love the Teaching Mission fosters in spite of its misrepresentations. Would you allow me to place your account in the article's discussion page? I can understand if you would rather not as it so personal, but truth be told, that which is most deeply personal is the most cosmically significant so I hope you will consider it. In any event, thank you for approving of the manner in which this exercise called the Heart Room is represented. As we evolve, it can be changed to reflect that growth.

Yes, place this story wherever you wish. It was meant for sharing to illustrate thru personal experience the power of forgiveness.

Thanks Rick
