My precious children, this is your Mother in Spirit. The heartbeat of the universe lives inside your very core, and it is safe and sacred place of your being. This pulse connects us in many ways, and opens your mind to the vast expanse of universe reality that reaches into the very threads of your make-up—spiritual, mental, emotional, physical—to help you grow as an evolutionary child of creation. How many times do you stop to acknowledge this sacred heartbeat? How many times do you appreciate that we are connected and make contact with me, your Divine Mother? Yes, I am here and I long for you to come to me, to just breathe and enjoy our time together as mother and child.

While this a very simple activity, it is difficult because the mental chatter takes over and tries to deflect your thought streams from this very basic relationship. However, you can gain control over these currents by your persistent practice of quieting your body and breathing, knowing that at some point you will reach a place of relaxation wherein you can perceive your heart beat. Then when you feel that ask for MY presence to stir within you and notice what happens next.

There are sensations of upliftment—some people notice tingling, some notice expansion, some notice feelings of lightness. This is ME speaking inside you to help you appreciate you are NOT alone and there is a divine presence within you that will help you make contact with other divine presences within. But taking this time for yourself to quiet your thoughts and attune to your heart beat will open the door for other types of spiritual experience, so become adept at practicing each day so that you are availing yourself of what you need to stay secure and strong and moving along in your own ascension and transformation process.
